    We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for a Care Manager to successfully manage a our houses under the Housing Act 1996. The management team is looking for someone with experience managing the same of similar premises. The Manager will have experience working closely with young vulnerable people and offering guidance and assistance when necessary. A successful manager is confident to run the premises alongside an onsite team of support workers.

      • an experienced Manager to ensure  Health and Safety requirements are consistently met. The manager will be expected to support needs and be able to manage clients expectations regarding their housing options; opportunities for employment, education and training: Duties Includes:
      • experience managing a Hostel that accommodates young adults under the Housing Act 1996. • Responsible for the management of onsite staff I.e support workers, caretaker, admin staff
      • Experience working closely with vulnerable young adults, attending external meetings with stakeholders, completing reports to the board of managers, ensuring monitoring and evaluation of the service is undertaken monthly.

      An Enhanced DBS is required for this role.

      • Extensive knowledge of Health and Safety requirements for a Hostel or similar premises.
      • Ability to participate on a shift rota which rotates weekly. If you have previous experience in these areas and keen to develop your knowledge further this is a perfect position for you.
