About Us
At Ondemand Care Services, we believe that every adult in England and Wales has the right to good quality housing and a place to call home. Our mission is to provide the people we support with a home for life – a home where they can live as independently as possible in a safe and supportive environment.
The project offers Education, Training, Volunteering, and paid employment as well as self-contained accommodation from six to 12 months with a view to assisting with independent living. The project caters for young people aged 16-25. The accommodation consists of 5 bedrooms and the accommodation is available being established since April of 2022, the project offers :
•a room of their own with sufficient space to hold a small desk & chair, bed and wardrobe with their own front door key.
•a home environment that is safe and welcoming
use of shared facilities including the kitchen, bathroom, lounge and dining room.
•assistance to develop practical skills such as budgeting, shopping, cooking, cleaning, laundry, •accessing services and using public transport.
•a supportive and non-judgemental approach.
•encouragement to make and sustain healthy positive relationships with friends and family and engage in employment education or training.
The project has good links to public transport and is central to great amenities, such as shops and restaurants.
Part of the support for young people is personal, centred around education, paid employment, work placement and work skills training. We aim to work with young people to develop their life skills in order for them to live independently when ready to move on.
We are happy for us to make contact to discuss a possible referral pathway between the project and your services.
A comprehensive semi-independent and 24-hour supervised living services, offering support and accommodation to Look 16plus/transitional team backgrounds care leavers aged between 16 and 25. Services offered will be based on an assessment of the care leaver’s needs and be part of the pathway plan for them.

What We Offer
Respite and Emergency Accommodation
Our service is able to offer respite and emergency accommodation for adults with mental health needs, learning disabilities, autistim and challenging behaviours. We understand that there are times when individuals need space from their usual surroundings or placements breakdown last minute.

Our supported living accommodation offers a combination of single and double rooms, with shared communal areas. Ideally our services are suited to people who have a range of needs, including challenging behaviour, mental health and/or learning disabilities.
Those who are aged 16 or 17 are ‘eligible’ (still looked after) or ‘relevant’ (no longer looked after) children. Those aged 18-25 are ‘former relevant children.

We support people aged 18 and over, diagnosed with mental health conditions, such as anxiety and panic disorders, bipolar disorder, depression and personality disorders.
