Ondemand Care Supported Living provides comprehensive semi-independent and 24-hour supervised living services, offering support and accommodation to Look After Children and Care Leavers, aged between 16 and 25. Services offered will be based on an assessment of the care leaver’s needs and be part of the pathway plan for them.
